We hope that you can contribute to this years’ Tom Schlegel Memorial 5K in the form of a possible donation of gift certificates or gift baskets for a post race raffle, and/or a monetary donation or combination of the two. This year, we will have two different tiers of sponsors:

Premier Gold Sponsor:

For monetary donations or gift donations valued at $300+, you will have the opportunity to receive/give:

•  Logo recognition on t-shirt that all participants will receive
•  We will have race bags in which you may provide advertisements or coupons for your business (we ask for 350 copies/inserts). We will insert them for participants to take home
• We can provide you with an advertisement for you to proudly display that you are a contributor/sponsor to the event
•  Your business will be listed on the official race website (www.ts5k.com) along with a direct link to your site.
• You will be listed as a Premier level sponsor on the flyer that each participant receives 
• Display banners (provided by you) on the course.

Please note that all premier sponsor contributors are subject to review. We like to be sure that our premier sponsors are different services or companies that are not within the same industry. We appreciate all inquires and look forward to hearing from you.

 

Silver Sponsor:

For any monetary donations or gift donations for the raffle, you will have the opportunity to receive/give:

• We will have race bags in which you may provide advertisements or coupons for your business (we ask for 400 copies/inserts). We will insert them for participants to take home
• An advertisement for you to proudly display that you are a contributor to the event (please ask for a custom made sign to display)
• You will be listed as a Silver level sponsor on the flyer that each participant receives 
• Your company/name will be listed on the raffle list that is displayed on the website and at the event

All proceeds benefit the Tom Schlegel Children’s Trust, the Tom Schlegel Scholarship fund, and the Neuqua Valley Physical Education Department.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the race director.
